Terms and Conditions – 7 Reels Pakistan Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7 Reels ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing 7reels.xyz, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using 7 Reels immediately. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

To register and use 7 Reels, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 7 Reels does not permit access to minors under any circumstances. We may request age verification documents at any time and will suspend accounts where age cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.
• You must be acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of any other person, company, or organisation.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order — either one you have applied through your own 7 Reels account or one enforced through any applicable national self-exclusion programme.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of an employee or contractor of 7 Reels or any of its affiliated entities.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria above are and will remain satisfied throughout the period your account is active. 7 Reels reserves the right to close any account and withhold pending withdrawals where these criteria are found not to have been met at registration or at any subsequent point.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account at 7 Reels. If you already hold an account, you must not create a second one. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended. Any balances, pending withdrawals, or bonus credits across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You are required to notify 7 Reels promptly if any of your registration details change.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication method you enable. Do not share your login details with any other person. 7 Reels cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access that result from your failure to keep credentials secure.

Identity verification (KYC) may be requested at any time, including at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or as part of a routine compliance review. Documents typically requested include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement), and in some cases a selfie with your ID. Accounts where verification is not completed within the timeframe specified by 7 Reels may be suspended until verification is successfully completed.

All financial transactions on 7 Reels are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not accept foreign currency deposits and do not perform currency conversion. Your account balance, all stakes, all winnings, and all withdrawal amounts are always expressed in PKR.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet and over-the-counter)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay and SadaPay (digital bank accounts)
• IBFT bank transfer (interbank fund transfer from any Pakistani bank)
• Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is also Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit cap for standard account holders, though very large transactions may be subject to additional verification before processing. 7 Reels does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud control. You may not withdraw to a payment method that you have not previously used to deposit, unless approved by our payments team following a verification review.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business day depending on the recipient bank's processing schedule. 7 Reels target processing time for all approved withdrawal requests is the same business day.

From time to time, 7 Reels offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for the matter in question.

General bonus rules that apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have fully registered and verified their identity at 7 Reels.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only on their first deposit. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonus funds not used within this period expire automatically.
• Only bets placed with real money count toward wagering requirements unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Certain bet types, game categories, or minimum odds thresholds may be excluded from wagering contribution. Check the individual promotion terms for details.
• 7 Reels reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or cancel a bonus already credited to an account if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, use of prohibited software, coordinated group play designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other conduct that 7 Reels deems to be exploitative of the promotion.

If you do not wish to receive a bonus, you may decline it at the time it is offered. Declined bonuses cannot be claimed retrospectively. If you have already accepted a bonus and wish to have it removed from your account, contact support before the wagering requirement is partially met — partial completion of wagering requirements may prevent bonus removal.

All bets placed at 7 Reels are subject to these general betting rules and any sport-specific or market-specific rules published in the betting lobby. It is your responsibility to read applicable rules before placing a bet.

• The minimum stake per bet is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed in the bet slip prior to confirmation.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Always review your bet slip carefully before confirming.
• Odds are correct at the time displayed but may change before confirmation, particularly in live in-play markets. 7 Reels will notify you of any price change and offer you the option to accept the new odds or withdraw the selection before confirming.
• In the event of an obvious error in the display of odds — for example, a decimal price that is clearly miscalculated due to a data feed error — 7 Reels reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price. Affected players will be notified and their stake returned in full.
• Bets placed on a market after the outcome has been determined — through a platform error, a data feed delay, or any other mechanism — will be voided. This applies to both pre-match and in-play markets.
• Cash-out is available on selected markets where displayed. Cash-out values are calculated in real time and represent the current value of your position. Once a cash-out is confirmed, the settled amount is final and cannot be reversed.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. If one leg is voided (due to a postponed fixture, for example), that leg is removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections are settled as if it was never included.

7 Reels is intended for entertainment purposes by genuine players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform, place bets, exploit promotional offers, or circumvent security controls.
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed specifically to exploit promotional offers or guaranteed profit regardless of outcome, where the intent is exploitation rather than genuine recreational participation.
• Collusion with other players in poker, Teen Patti, or other multiplayer games — including but not limited to chip dumping, sharing hand information, or coordinating betting to disadvantage other genuine players.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software bug, or data feed glitch for financial gain. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected platform error must be reported to 7 Reels support and are subject to reversal.
• Money laundering — using 7 Reels to process, layer, or integrate funds from illegal activities. 7 Reels complies with applicable anti-money laundering frameworks and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Providing false identity information, fraudulent documents, or misrepresenting your eligibility status in any way.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing platform staff or other players through any communication channel provided by 7 Reels.

Where 7 Reels identifies or reasonably suspects a breach of fair use obligations, we reserve the right to suspend the account immediately, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, void affected bets, and forfeit any bonus or promotional credits associated with the account. Decisions reached following a full investigation are communicated in writing and may be subject to a formal dispute resolution process.

Responsible gaming is a core commitment at 7 Reels, not a supplementary feature. We recognise that a small proportion of players may develop problematic relationships with gaming, and we have built a suite of tools to help players stay in control before, not after, a problem develops.

Tools available to all registered players include:

• Deposit limits — set a maximum deposit amount per day, per week, or per month. Limits take effect immediately when set. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders — configure alerts that notify you after a set number of hours of active play across any game type.
• Loss limits — set a cap on the amount you can lose in a defined period. Once reached, no further bets can be placed until the period resets.
• Self-exclusion — block your account for a period ranging from 24 hours to permanently. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately. Permanent exclusions are honoured without exception and cannot be reversed.
• Activity history — a complete record of all bets, deposits, and withdrawals is always accessible from your account dashboard.

All content on the 7 Reels platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 7 Reels or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or licence rights in any platform content.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, frame, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from 7 Reels. Use of automated tools to harvest odds data, game results, or any other platform content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

7 Reels provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure platform availability and accuracy of information, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party data feed outages, and events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7 Reels is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from bets placed and lost — betting and gaming losses are the sole responsibility of the player.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, data centre failures, or natural events.
• Losses caused by your failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Decisions made by the platform in good faith on the basis of information subsequently found to be incorrect, where 7 Reels had no reasonable means of verifying that information at the time.

7 Reels reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after it is requested.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Any activity that 7 Reels reasonably believes poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the platform.
• At the player's own request — account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

Where an account is closed due to a player-initiated request and there is no outstanding investigation, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method. Where closure follows a compliance investigation, balance release is subject to the outcome of that investigation.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact support@7reels.xyz with their account email and the reason for closure. Voluntary closures are not the same as self-exclusion — if you are seeking a break from gaming, please use the self-exclusion tool in your account settings.

7 Reels may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and via an in-app notification at least 7 days before the new Terms take effect, unless the change is required immediately by law or regulatory direction.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at 7reels.xyz/terms-conditions. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect. If you continue using the platform after the effective date of any amendment, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.

If you disagree with any change to these Terms, your remedy is to close your account before the amended Terms take effect. Contact support@7reels.xyz to initiate account closure.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and 7 Reels, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of account and payment concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Formal dispute submissions should be made in writing to support@7reels.xyz with a clear description of the issue, relevant transaction references, and the outcome you are requesting. 7 Reels will respond to formal disputes within 10 business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution process. Details of available escalation channels will be provided at the time a formal dispute is lodged.
